Day 14: Procrastination

aka fear. Yep, thats right procrastination is basically just fear that is making us uncomfortable. Procastination is not picky, it can hinder us from doing just about anything, even having a great love life. There are 4 suggestions in the book on how to deal with procrastination:

1. Go to a therapist or life coach
2. Be accountable (find someone who will be there for you as your accoutability partner)
3. Keep small commitments to yourself 
4. Procrastinate by procrastinating (basically not doing the one thing you need to do, by doing something else you've procrastinated about- basically tricking yourself)

Today, lets practice working towards completing goals/project we have been putting off this week.
