You Can Do Whatever You Put Your Mind To

Last week I decided I had to run a full 10k before the Camp Pendelton Mud Run, which is THIS coming Sunday.

Saturday morning I got up, and without hesitation put on my running clothes and decided today is the day that I will run 6 plus miles.

And it was.

I have never in my life ran 6.5 miles in one outing/course/jog. NEVER.

I simply decided, and put my mind to it that I would not spot until I had done so. I was tired, red in the face, and thirsty beyond belief but if I'm going to do the mud run, and then I knew I had to prove to myself that I could physically run jog 6 miles.
